Yesterday, Michał Markiewicz and Ryszard Markiewicz had the pleasure of speaking with attorneys from the Copyright and New Technologies Section of the Warsaw Bar Association (and not only them—legal advisors were also well represented) about current copyright issues, mainly regarding fair use, but also about the basic principles of protection, in light of the new CJEU ruling in the MIO case.
