On May 23, 2013 the Centre of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (CARS) of the University of Warsaw published a new edition of the on-line periodical „The Internet Antimonopoly and Regulatory Quartely” (iKAR 2(2)/2013). The current edition is entirely devoted to the problems of so-called slot allowances, charged by network sellers from their suppliers. This special number of iKAR is a follow-up of the conference organized by CARS on March 19, 2013 in Warsaw, entitled: ”Charging slot allowances in Poland. The need to change or to interpret the law?”.
The iKAR quarterly contains an article by Jarosław Sroczyński entitled ”Retroactive rebates and “slot allowances”: the need for rational approach”. See
