Law firm unveiled: A practical workshop for ELSA Kraków led by Marcin Mioduszewski

On May 19, the “Law Firm Unveiled” training session took place at the firm’s Kraków office, co-organized with the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) Kraków.

During the practical workshop, legal advisor Marcin Mioduszewski shared his knowledge and experience, presenting a strategy for drafting pleadings in civil proceedings involving intellectual property rights.

He also revealed the secrets of crafting effective legal arguments and discussed the details that courts and attorneys pay close attention to.
