Monday at the “Modern Copyright Law” conference organized by the Forum Educational Center was all ours!

We spoke , among other things,

• about the latest CJEU rulings,
• the relationship between European law and Polish law,
• copyright issues related to AI,
• the relationship between moral rights and personal rights,
• the legal basis for directing a work online to a specific territory, and
• unconventional forms of protection under intellectual property law.

As always, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d like to thank both the organizers and all the participants. See you next year!
