W. Matysik: Protection of Creative Works under Article 23 of the Civil Code, Geoblocking, and VPNs

Last Monday, Wiktoria Matysik had the pleasure of once again serving as a speaker at the 26th Kraków Conference in the series “Modern Copyright and Press Law.”

I spoke about what I find confusing regarding the protection of creative works under Article 23 of the Civil Code, as well as the requirement to direct a work to a member state, geoblocking, and VPNs.
